About Us

Offshore Sculptures was formulated in 2005 by Creative Director, Clive Gould, together with his partner and co-director, Sue Chatfield.  They live in the small Welsh market town of Cowbridge in the Vale of Glamorgan, South Wales.

Clive’s studio is situated in the heart of the countryside, close to where they live and only a short drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Welsh Heritage Coast.  This rugged coastline, in particular the adjoining beaches of Nash Point and Marcross, was the original source of inspiration for the concept and development of the pebbles and rock sculptures.

These locations together with the beaches at Three Cliffs on the Gower Peninsular have also been the source to the subject matter of Clive's seascape paintings.
